1.        Ordering:
Ordering as a business customer is only possible via the webshop.

2.        Payments:
Available payment options:

a.        iDEAL

b.        Bancontact

c.        Creditcards

d.        Bankoverschrijving

Payment must be made prior to dispatch. In the case of bank transfer, the order will be processed upon receipt and verification of payment.

2.1 ​Payments B2B customers
Corporate customers can order through the webshop or through their own purchasing system. We convert the order into a quotation with any freight costs. After confirmation, processing takes place within 24 hours, provided everything is in stock. Purchase orders can be sent to: info@delmer.nl gestuurd worden.

3.        Out of stock:
If the item is out of stock, you can set a reminder on the product page. We will send you an e-mail as soon as the product is available again for immediate delivery. The product page also shows the expected delivery time.

4.        Levertijden:
De verwachte orderverwerkingstijd staat vermeld op de website. De verwachte levertijden zijn te vinden op de website onder het tabblad 'Verzending'.

5.      Shipping:

​a. Parcel shipment via DPD (EU) With the order confirmation you will receive a track & trace where you can track the package. See the conditions at https://dpd.com

​b. Pallet shipment via Dachser (EU)
  You will receive a shipment number with the order confirmation. Via The Dachser shipmentpointer you can track your order. Please ensure that you enter a correct telephone ​number when ordering, Dachser Will contact you for a delivery https://dachser.com

​c. Pallet shipment via Chr. Vermeer (NL-BE)
You will receive a reference number with your order confirmation. Make sure you write down a correct telephone number with your order. Chr. Vermeer will contact you for a ​delivery appointment, if you are not present on the agreed delivery date, the shipment will be returned with you. The 2nd delivery will take place after you have paid the ​invoice for the 2nd delivery.

6.        Reception:
Before signing for receipt, check that the goods are complete and undamaged. Also check that the packaging is intact. If the packaging is damaged, check that the contents are undamaged. In case of any damage, always make a note on the packing slip to be signed and take photos. 

7.        Collection:
Collection of orders is only possible for B2B customers. If you would like to register as a B2B customer, please fill in our contact form via the website: https://www.delmer.nl/contactus

8.        Cancellations:
If the shipment has not yet been processed, it can be cancelled free of charge. If the shipment has been processed please contact us via the contact form: https://www.delmer.nl/contactus

 

9.        Right of withdrawal:
No right of withdrawal or statutory cooling-off period applies to business purchases. They have no legal option to return the purchase within 14 days without giving reasons and receive a full refund of the purchase price including delivery costs. 10.  Service maintenance E- Mini Dumpers:
Maintenance-free, for a service turn or repair. pick-up and shipping will be charged, machine will be checked. You receive an offer. After agreement, repair is carried out. Read more about our service and warranty service on our site under the relevant article.

11.  Guarantee:
If you have a warranty case, please fill in the warranty form on the website: https://www.delmer.nl/garantie-formulier
Wear parts, such as but not limited to: tyres, brake pads, chains, etc., are not covered by the warranty. Electrical installations where short-circuits may occur are excluded from warranty. These exceptions apply because of the natural wear and tear of certain parts and the sensitivity of electrical installations to external factors beyond our control.
